EPS module is a polystyrene foam plastic profile with closed cell structure, different types, different specifications, different shapes, different building uses, conforming to building modulus, four peripheral interfaces, dovetail grooves evenly distributed on inner and outer surfaces according to a certain modulus, and organically combined with building structure, which is made by heating and foaming expandable polystyrene beads and molded at one time through factory standardized production equipment.

Just like building blocks, EPS module will prefabricate some components in the factory and then transport them to the construction site for assembly. "Assembly" is not just "building". After the prefabricated components are transported to the site, reinforced concrete will be lapped and poured. This construction method without dismantling formwork realizes the integration of building thermal insulation and building formwork, building energy conservation and building structure, the EPS module completely replaces the traditional building formwork.

The dovetail groove evenly distributed on the inner and outer surfaces of the module forms an organic bite with the concrete wall and the protective surface layer, which eliminates the quality defects of cracking, hollowing and falling off between the traditional insulation board and the concrete wall and the protective surface layer, improves the durability and fire safety of the system, and achieves the same service life of the insulation layer of the EPS module and the building structure.
